so, i would play the soundtrack game, except i would suck at it, and im kind of too lazy to do it anyway. so there.

yes so yesterday, chris came to my house, and for some reason we decided it would be a good idea to walk to the cherry creek mall from my house. it's really not that far. it only took us like.....20 minutes? but it was really hot, so that was a bit of a sad thing. then we hung out in the mall, and talked about a lot of shit, and then we were like, hey, let's go to the roof. so we took an elevator to the roof, and we sat up there for a while. then we got dinner and ate it. then we thought it might be fun to climb down onto the part of the roof that's actually over the mall, instead of staying on top of the parking garage. so we did. there are a fucking lot of generators and sattellite dishes up there. why the hell do they need like 50 of them for a mall? then we were being kinda paranoid, because we're stupid like that, so we went over and looked in the glass windows at all the shopping people. and then we sat down on a generator and watched the sun go down. sitting on top of a dirty ass trash covered generator which is on top of a shopping center in the middle of the city is probably the coolest way i have ever seen the sun set in my life. then we left because it was getting cold, and went to starbucks.

sidenote: ryan, im sorry, i did not take your word for it when you said that it was a bad idea to drink cappuccinos late at night. i am sorry. deeply deeply sorry.

so then we went to her house and hung out. and talked. and then at about 3 in the morning chris said something along the lines of. "ahhh, the blonde jesus wolves are tearing peices out of my stomache, i need to go outside and smoke." which for some reason made complete sense at the time. so we got up and went down to safeway. and then we were being paranoid again, because there was a cop car driving around in circles in the parking lot, and we were definitely not supposed to be out at 3. so then one of them came up to chris and asked her how old she was. and she said 18. and he said "oh, okay then," and walked away. it was odd. then we went back to her house after getting severly pissed off that the 24 hour grocery store was CLOSED!!! so, when we got back to her house we had to stand in the doorway for a while, because her dad was walking around or something. then we went to the basement. and went to sleep. and decided we were lucky as all hell for not getting caught at least once during the course of the day.

and that, my friends, was a very long entry. school in two days. off to do my project. (finally)

so today i woke up, and listened to "run" by snow patrol about 500 times. guys, that, is a DAMN good song. just thought i'd share that opinion with you all.

then, i ate chipotle which was quite good, as always. then i felt bloated, which i know, is a wonderful thing to share with everyone. and now, comes the crazy part. just as i was finishing my food, something dropped in the mailbox, and i was like woah....because the mailman had already been there, and so i went and looked, and it was my summer packet. and then i thought ok, either ryan lost my packet and jesus thought i needed it back, or ryan (or someone related to ryan) was just here... and then i came and wrote this and realized how boring it sounded. good story? yes, yes it is.

ok, im going to explain to you all the pain of field hockey, just because i feel like complaining about it:

monday afternoon: lots of drills. then we did 5 50yard sprints 2 100yard sprints and 1 250yard sprint. then we did jump ups. then we did indian sprints.

tuesday morning: first we did the thing where you run laps, except you run the long sides of the field and sprint the short sides. we did those for i dont know how long. 20 minutes maybe? then they took us to a hill and had us sprint up and down the hill for about 10 minutes. then they set up two cones about 15 feet apart and had us sprint from one cone to the other for about 20 minutes. but we had to bend over and touch each cone. and we had to get 20 touches every minute.

tuesday afternoon: more drills. 3v.3's. lap things where you sprint one side, do 30 crunches, grapvine the next side, do 10 pushups, and then repeat for an unspecified amount of time. then it was lightninging, so we went inside and did stairs for the last half an hour. ow.

wednesday afternoon: started out raining, so we did stairs the first 10 minutes. then we did 2 laps. then we did dodges. then we did 3 more laps. then we did the three man weave.

thursday morning: we did the two mile run. i finished in 17:49 which is....not very good. but ok. then we did 5 practics 50's and 3 timed 50's. then we did 3 practice hundreds and 2 timed hundreds. then we did 3 practice 250's then we did 2 timed 250's. then we did 275 crunches. and 30 pushups. (i could barely make it to three, and had to do the girly pushups, hehe)

thursday afternoon: 1 lap. more dodging. 3 100's. then 7v.7 scrimaging for the rest of the time.

let me just say. this much excersize. hurts me. yes. it hurts me. but that's ok. only three hours left.
